Lazing all day and beach in evening . Lazily spend first half of day in the resort itself and planned for next 5 days trip, how to go and what vehicle to book. Got Innova from the same tout in 20,000 after hard bargain for a 5 day trip to Rameshwaram, Madurai, Kodaikanal, Munnar and drop in Kochi. And do have a back up option. Will get to know if you read further. In the evening went straight to lighthouse by walk, used Google maps, which we earlier missed. Lighthouse is along the kovalam beach and both are worth visiting. Lighthouse is very well maintained. Major reason for good maintenance as told by its care taker, is to attract foreign tourists. May be the reason of good quality market and resort at the beach is same. As expected, view from the lighthouse is spectacular. If u have a craze for jet boats, they are available but very expensive. You will notice them from light house. Try watermelon tasty juice available in unusual way, nearby kovalam beach. Had a bath in beach and finally ended the day again with buffet dinner at the resort.
